Dear me, I´m sorry it took me so long for the next gown! My muse has been bombarding me with Harry Potter art inspirations and I don´t think she´ll stop anytime soon.

So it may take some time till I start the Ep. III dresses, but I´ll do them of course, no matter what!

Another of my favourite gowns!

I think it´s so special, it needed to stand on its own. Padme looks just so angelic and happy and sad at the same time in the wedding scene.

Since the dress itself is pretty colourless (and I didn´t know how to reproduce that beige hue) I tried to make up for it with a lot of details and patterns.

I especially love the headdress...it has something of a renaissance farmer girl...something modest.

Die Details hier rauben einem einfach den Atem. Ich kann mir gar nicht vorstellen, wie viel Zeit und Geduld dieses Bild in Anspruch genommen hat...

Wenn ich mir das Bild angucke, denke ich immer, dass ich den Mittelteil des Rockes auch noch hätte ausfüllen sollen, aber wahrscheinlich wäre es dann zu überladen geworden.

Ich liebe es mich in Details zu verlieren.:awww:

Und ich stimme dir zu wegen dem überladen, es war ganz die richtige Enscheidung den Mittelteil weiß zu lassen. So hat das Auge etwas, wo es sich nicht so anstrengen muss die ganzen Details auszumachen.^^
Ich bewundere dich, dass du so viel Geduld für so ein Meisterwerk aufbringst.

Genau.

Gerade bei einem Hochzeitskleid ist Einfachheit ja auch etwas sehr schönes, finde ich.

Ich glaube für einige andere Kleider in dieser Serie habe ich noch mehr Zeit gebraucht.

Als HSP (hochsensible Person) sehe ich einfach überall Details, deswegen habe ich auch das Bedürfnis diese mit der Welt zu teilen.

Ich finde es sehr schön wenn man so ein Auge für Details hat und diese dann auch so gekonnt zu Papier bringt. Etwas, dass ich selber noch üben muss.^^
